Online Training Academy

Once payment is received for online training, email notifications are sent to participants (Academy Members) that they are enrolled on an online course. All relevant details including Login and passwords plus our Terms and Conditions/Customer Charter will be sent by email. Academy Members are then able to login and start the course.

To log onto the Online Training Academy you will need have to have the following:

  • Access to the Internet
  • Chrome browser on any device - PC, tablet, mobile

Payment Methods

Online Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking and prior to commencement of the online course. Payment is made by a secure payment through our website at the time of booking. This is the preferred method of payment. Login instructions will follow shortly after payment confirmation.

Offline Payment

If for some reason an online booking cannot be made we will take a booking over the phone by calling (+353) 1-623-5908. Cheques/bank drafts/postal orders should be made payable to CB & Associates and posted to:

For offline payments, the link and login details to the course will only be provided when full payment is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

CB & Associates reserves the right to withdraw a course. If a course is withdrawn by CB & Associates, a full refund will be given to participants, or where mutually agreed, the fee payment will be transferred to another online course.

You may cancel your booking and obtain a full refund provided that:

  1. We receive notice of your cancellation (see How to Cancel below) no later than 7 working days commencing from the date that you received the order confirmation
  2. You have not already logged into the Online Training portal and commenced training
  3. You must include your name, email address and invoice id in your notice of cancellation in order for us to identify and process your request
  4. We will confirm our acceptance of cancellation by email
How to Cancel

You can notify us of your intention to cancel by any of the following methods:

    Your name and email address should match the name and email address used to order the course(s). In the message box, please enter: I want to cancel the following course(s) and list the course name(s), amount to cancel, and the Invoice id of the course(s) concerned. You will find the Invoice id on your confirmation email.

A full refund will be issued no later than 30 days after we receive and accept your notice of cancellation. Where payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be issued against the card used for the transaction. For offline payments, refunds will be issued by cheque to the name and address of the participant that bought the course.


CB & Associates will follow their Customer Charter in relation to dealing with any complaints. Any complaints should be made directly to CB & Associates (cbmail1). The complaint will be registered and it will be dealt with through the Complaints Policy.

Data Protection

The personal information provided by participants is protected under Data Protection Acts. It will be used only for the purpose of CB & Associates administration on training courses.


All participants undertake, by virtue of making a booking with CB & Associates to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above, which they will have deemed to have been read, understood and accepted by the person/s participating in the training course(s).
